To support our teams building great products and contributing to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Mechanical Development Engineer located in Cebu, Philippines . What a typical day looks like: Ensuring the implementation and maintenance of enterprise-wide technical architecture, systems use, and maintenance to integrate next-generation technologies into the architectural strategy. Providing and sizing configuration assistance. Evaluating the reliability of materials, properties, and techniques used in production. Working under current business practices, processes, and procedures to fulfill internal customer requirements and expectations. Identifying future business opportunities leveraging data storage and retrieval system capabilities to meet customer requirements. Developing proper training and documentation for enterprise-wide systems use and maintenance. Planning the integration of next-generation technologies. Providing direct supervision to exempt employees (technicians, designers, support personnel). Implementing HR strategies to recruit and retain qualified and motivated personnel. Experience required: Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience. Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience. Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
