Role

Support the growing sales activities in Asia. This role is designed to work on various presales and post-sales activities in parallel. This role will have the visibility and involvement of the whole cycle of various sales cases. It is for the good of future career development of the staff in this role.

The right candidate

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Asia presales on technical documentation, drawing, quotation, cost calculations, and analysis.
  • Generate technical design, cost, and price and input into systems under the guidance of Asia Presales.
  • Post-sales coordination with clients and internal teams during Asia hours.
  • Communication with suppliers on cost and solution optimizations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Electronic Engineering/Information Engineering or related fields. Candidates without a Bachelor's Degree but with strong Telecommunications or Cloud Computing working experience may also be considered.
  • 3 to 5 years in Telecom Network, Cloud Computing, and IT-related technical support roles.
  • Good understanding of Telecom network, undersea cables, Ethernet WAN, TCP/IP, and BGP4 routing.
  • Fluent in English is a must. Proficiency in other languages will be an advantage but is not required.
