About the Client

We are a boutique accounting, advisory, and family office firm based in Adelaide, SA, with virtual offices in Sydney, NSW, and Melbourne, VIC . Our diverse client base spans across five states including QLD and WA.

Experience Required
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience as an Australian Bookkeeper
  • Extensive knowledge of GST and the ability to prepare BAS
  • Experience handling payroll and superannuation
  • Strong understanding of month-end functions, reporting, and account reconciliations
Key Responsibilities
  • Daily bookkeeping tasks across multiple clients
  • Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) management
  • Payroll processing, including superannuation
  • Preparation and submission of BAS
  • Month-end functions including reconciliations, reporting, and identifying discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities and clients
Software
  • Xero (must have strong experience)
  • Hubdoc
Soft Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple clients and entities
  • Knowledge of intergroup charging and maintaining intergroup loan accounts
  • Appropriate English proficiency to draft emails and query lists for review by AU staff
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment

Stable internet connection (at least 80 Mbps).

Work Setup and Schedule
  • Remote/Work-from-home
  • Full-time
  • Day Shift (8 Hours)
  • Fixed Saturday and Sunday off
  • A separate room to undertake work is required
  • Must not be disturbed by electronic devices during work hours
