Job Summary Generate new commercial loans for the Bank, develop the existing loan portfolio, maintain asset quality, and provide professional account management to meet portfolio growth and profitability objectives. Establish, develop and maintain lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with customers. Market and deliver bank products and services within Bank policies and governing laws and regulations. How will you contribute? Conduct credit evaluation of accounts, including client calls and site visits. Recommend the establishment of credit facilities in accordance with the Bank's priorities and policies by analyzing the client's business/industry, financial capacity, management competence, collateral/security, and account profitability. Improve the quality of the Bank's loan portfolio and aim to maximize return on its resources. Solicit credit-worthy accounts by identifying target markets, marketing the Bank's products and services, and offering financial packages tailored to client requirements. Increase market share, improve revenues, and enhance portfolio quality. Develop the existing portfolio by conducting annual reviews of client credit facilities and adjusting to current requirements. Expand and deepen relationships with prime accounts by soliciting availments, increasing deposits, and collateral business. What will make you successful? Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, or Commerce. Post-graduate degree (e.g., MBA, MA) preferred. Working knowledge of international and local trade payments/practices, rules and regulations; training in bank service policies and procedures; account profitability analysis; financial analysis; credit approval preparation. Two (2) years of banking industry experience, or five (5) years of experience in other industries. Proficiency in basic MS Office applications; marketing and presentation skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
