Responsibilities
  • Lead brand official store matters for marketplaces such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok Shop, and Zalora.
  • Serve as the lead contact for all account management matters between marketplaces, brands, and internal teams.

Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor\'s Degree; preferably Industrial Engineering or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in E-Commerce platform operations (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, TikTok Shop).
  • Comfortable with data pulling and analysis to support brand performance and process improvements.
  • Punctual, adaptable, highly organized, team player with good people skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent in English and Filipino (oral and written).
  • Confident in presenting to top executives.
