Field Sales Representative (B2B Sales)
Assigned areas
- Metro Manila - South Area (Paranaque, Las Pinas, Muntinlupa, Pasay, Taguig)
- South Area Provincial- Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, Rizal, etc...
- Use of various sales methods (Socmed, door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc).
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to evaluate customers' skills and needs and build productive, long-lasting relationships.
- Cultivate new leads and maintain client database within your assigned territory.
- Meet monthly personal sales targets.
- Attend meetings, biddings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
- Active posting of campaigns through different social media platforms to promote and acquire leads.
- Submission of Daily and Monthly Report (Daily Cash in Report)
- Assist customers from ordering to collection and answer queries on credit terms, prices, availability of stocks, and other related inquiries.
- Any other related task assigned by the Management.
- College level or at least High School Graduate/ Senior high graduate
- At least 1-year experience in B2B selling, specializing in FMCG, furniture, construction, or equivalent.
- Willing to travel and do field activities
- Ability to communicate and promote products to customers
- Good communication skills, written and oral
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to work overtime during regular days and holidays when required.
- With a driver’s License
- Preferably willing to use the motorcycle
- Must be physically fit.
