Responsibilities Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to guide business decisions. Reconcile general ledger accounts and maintain the integrity of financial records. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and other financial reporting requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and controls. Stay updated on accounting regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, fostering professional growth and high performance. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in financial accounting and reporting. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data. Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
