Sr. Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst provides critical support in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making. This role is responsible for preparing detailed financial reports, analyzing trends, creating forecasts, and offering strategic insights to drive the organization's financial health and performance.

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather input for forecasts and budgets.
• Prepare variance analysis and explanations for management review.
• Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insight and scenario analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems and reports.
• Evaluate and improve internal processes for financial reporting and planning.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic developments affecting the business.

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (CPA preferred).
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial modeling techniques.
