Manage sales teams and develop strategies to contribute wholesale growth and profitability of the company. Responsibilities Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customer success. Create and maintain relationships with accounts to better understand and achieve their needs. Make visits to our accounts to identify opportunities for growth within our platform. Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts. Qualifications Education – Preferably bachelor’s degree from economics, marketing, management. At least 5 years’ experience as wholesale manager / key account manager in the retail industry. Has a big drive and is passionate about sales and marketing. Experience developing growth strategies through tradeshows and booking business on pre-booking basis. Strong leadership, good communication skills and high integrity. Experienced and have good connections with various distribution concepts / accounts (e-commerce, institution, modern & traditional trade). Fluent in English both oral and written. Service excellence and customer oriented. Advanced Excel skills and able to prepare sales performance analysis reports.
