Responsibilities- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to present products and services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Regularly follow up with clients to address their needs and concerns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the company on market developments and client needs.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements or new product offerings.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Plan and manage sales activities, including travel schedules.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Work closely with internal teams to support sales efforts.
- Communicate client requirements and feedback to relevant departments.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience in Sales is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Driving skills.
- Willingness to do fieldwork.
