Quality Assurance Manager to lead our RQR (Risk and Quality Review) program. The ideal candidate will have strong technical audit acumen, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities Lead and manage the RQR program to meet organizational goals and quality standards. Provide technical audit support and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Contribute to strategic planning, process improvement, and project implementation. Supervise, mentor, and coach audit teams to achieve high performance and professional growth. Maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and accuracy across audit processes. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, diverse environment. Promote a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and professional development. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (BSA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. Experience: At least 7 years of combined experience in external and internal auditing , with the last two years in a supervisory or managerial role . Strong understanding of audit concepts, methodologies, and regulatory requirements . Proven experience in audit analysis, people management, and team leadership . Excellent English communication skills —both written and verbal. Demonstrated business acumen and ability to contribute to strategic initiatives. Advanced coaching and mentoring skills. Self-motivated with a strong commitment to continuous training and learning new processes. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and diverse environment .
