Responsibilities As Product Lead, you’ll drive end-to-end delivery of systems and data solutions that support Credit, Market, and Non-Financial Risk across all business lines. You’ll lead squads with a clear vision and shape the roadmap for regulatory and internally-driven initiatives. Lead a team of Business Analysts and IT Engineers Set the strategy and roadmap for your products and services Oversee regulatory and internal projects from start to finish Work closely with other teams across the company to ensure smooth collaboration Support your team’s growth and career development Qualifications University degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience inCredit RiskorData Remediation. Strong background inCredit Risk concepts— Probability of Default (PD), Exposure at Default (EAD), Loss Given Default (LGD). Proven leadership in regulatory transformation and financial risk domains Strong knowledge of Credit Risk and wholesale banking lending products Experience inSAS, with exposure toautomation and data analytics tools. Experience inimproving data remediation processesand implementing retroactive data quality fixes within banking systems. Proven track record in leading transformation projects and driving change Exposure toregulatory-driven change programsand familiarity withrisk modelling environments. Experience working across teams, especially in banking and tech-related initiatives Skilled in process and backlog management, with project management experience as a plus Excellent communication skills – able to simplify complex topics and get buy-in from others Leadership experience in banking, with a solid management background #J-18808-Ljbffr
