We are seeking an experienced Workday Solutions Architect to lead the technical evolution of our Workday platform across HR and Finance functions. This role is both strategic and hands-on, responsible for driving platform optimization, automation, and business enablement through scalable Workday solutions.

As a key member of our enterprise applications team, you will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure Workday is effectively aligned to support business objectives. This includes developing and executing the Workday roadmap, managing technical delivery, and fostering greater platform adoption and capability within the business.

• Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Financials
• Build and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Web Services, and Core Connectors
• Implement and manage Workday business processes, security roles, and approvals
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making
• Resolve system issues, manage performance, and ensure compliance and scalability
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT leaders to translate business needs into effective Workday solutions
• Evaluate and implement new Workday functionality through regular release cycles
• Drive platform adoption by supporting end users, leading training efforts, and reducing reliance on external support

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday implementation, configuration, and integration
• Proven expertise across key Workday modules, with a strong technical foundation
• Ability to work across strategic planning and operational execution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders at various levels of the organization
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to knowledge sharing and enablement.
