Human Resources Specialist

Job Description:
As HRBP you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department during our busiest seasons. You will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
Assist with employee relations activities, including addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, performance management, and training and development activities.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence, organizing files, and preparing reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in HR or related administrative roles is preferred.
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
