About This Role This role will support all aspects of data analytics & reporting requirements related toOperational needs, including Manufacturing, Customer Care, Clinical Operations andRevenue Cycle Management. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Business Analytics team to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships Gather, analyze and interpret data to help supported business units solve problems and allow for operational process improvements Use tools and techniques to develop and visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs Data Cleaning and Validation: Ensure data quality by fixing errors, duplicates, and outliers while ensuring the accuracy of the data Process Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standardize workflows. Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets Evaluate organizational methods and provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for datasets Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data Proactively analyze data to address key questions for stakeholders and yourself, focusing on what drives business performance. Investigate and communicate which areas require improvement in efficiency and productivity Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics Three or more years of experience mining data as a data analyst Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations Advanced Excel Skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools Proficiency in Tableau Ability to maintain confidentiality based on access to proprietary financial, operational and competitive information. Familiarity with data warehouse systems, specifically Snowflake, is a huge plus. G
