Location: Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines.

This Position reports to: Local Mktg & Sales Mgr.

Work model: Hybrid.

Responsibilities
  • Align promotional strategy and activities plan with the sales strategy and sales activities plan.
  • Design and execute promotional activities with technically accurate content for the target audience, aligned with the sales strategy.
  • Lead, develop, and coach the Technical Design and Promotions team to maintain a high level of technical knowledge.
  • Ensure the Promotions team provides on-time and quality technical support and technical training to the Sales organization, resulting in high customer satisfaction.
  • Create business opportunities by providing support and fostering collaborations with key decision-makers, both within buying and non-buying segments.
  • Provide support to customers, particularly consultants, engineering firms, and architect offices, in project development and technical problem-solving.
Qualifications
  • You have knowledge and network with the Electrification market in the Philippines.
  • Have established 3-5 years of experience in Technical Promotion and Design/ Technical Sales.
  • People Management experience is mandatory.
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge in interpreting Single Line Diagram to BOM, and ability to do Electrical Design for buildings.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Professional Electrical Engineering is a plus.
