Job Description
  • Lead and develop the engineering team, driving technical excellence, quality delivery, and continuous learning.
  • Provide technical guidance and promote consistent use of standards and best practices aligned with company technology principles.
  • Collaborate with product leaders to manage resources, address team dynamics, and foster effective communication and innovation.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 5+ years' experience in technical leadership roles, preferably in support and development of design/construction sector applications.
  • Proven track record leading high-performing engineering teams in a multinational IT shared services environment, emphasizing technical excellence and teamwork.
  • Hands-on expertise in supporting and optimizing Autodesk, Bentley, and 12D Synergy applications used in the design and construction industries.
