Real Estate Attorney – Transaction Coordination

We are seeking a Real Estate Attorney with strong transactional experience to join our growing legal and acquisitions team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of U.S.-based experience handling real estate transactions, from contract negotiation through deal closing, and a proven ability to coordinate all aspects of the transaction process. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our acquisitions, finance, and legal departments, as well as external counsel, title companies, and investors, ensuring all deals are executed efficiently and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Location: Remote Pay: Php80,000 /Month + incentives Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate the entire real estate transaction process, from due diligence and contract negotiation to closing. Review, draft, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, joint venture agreements, and closing documents. Conduct and analyze title, survey, and zoning due diligence, ensuring clear ownership and compliance with local and state regulations. Coordinate with title companies, lenders, attorneys, and counterparties to ensure seamless closings and timely document execution. Review and manage closing checklists, escrow instructions, and funding requirements. Advise internal teams on deal structure, risk management, and compliance issues related to property acquisitions, sales, and financing. Prepare legal memos and summaries on transaction terms, ownership structures, and closing outcomes. Collaborate with asset management, legal, and finance teams to ensure all post-closing obligations are met. Maintain organized transaction records and ensure all executed documents are properly archived. Qualifications Licensed attorney in the Philippines (highly desirable but not required). 3–4 years of solid experience handling or supporting U.S. real estate transactions, including deal coordination, contract review, and closing documentation. Proven track record of working with U.S.-based real estate, legal, or investment companies—either directly or in an offshore support capacity. Strong understanding of real estate transaction workflows, including due diligence, title and escrow coordination, and closing procedures. Excellent ability to draft, review, and manage contracts and related documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple ongoing transactions under tight timelines. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams in different time zones. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and document management systems. Knowledge of U.S. real estate law, title processes, or financing structures is an advantage.
