Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate
  • With at least 2 years Call Center Experience (CCE) in any account
  • OR 6 months–1 year Technical Support experience
  • Freshers are welcome to apply (Must have Excellent Coms)
  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 85% accuracy (Voice Support)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Amenable to shifting schedules and onsite work in Clark

  • Sharp problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work onsite on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
