Senior Finance Analyst

Senior Finance Analyst (Pasay, 00, PH) Finance SSC, Controlling & Reporting. The Controlling and Reporting group is in charge of ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year‑end reporting. This includes compliance with the Company’s Financial Guidelines while securing engagement with stakeholders. The group also acts as a business partner for Regional, Project or Group stakeholders and ensures that financial activity‑driven decisions are supported by robust financial business cases. Responsibilities Responsible for complex accounting and financial analysis; prepares reports efficiently and effectively, utilizing advanced technical financial knowledge. Prepares and reviews complex standards and responds to ad‑hoc analytics requests, supporting business profitability, case preparation, and investigation into financial performance. Ensures that management reporting for actuals, budgets/forecasts, controls, inventory reconciliation processes, and accrual management is in place and ready for SOX compliance and internal/external reporting. Identifies, develops, and maintains efficient and cost‑effective process controls. Engages and collaborates with relevant colleagues and business stakeholders to solve operational issues rapidly and with quality. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. 4–6 years of experience in Controlling & Reporting or an equivalent finance function. Proficient analytical skills relevant to financial analysis. Initiative and self‑motivation; effective in complex, demanding settings. Knowledge of the ERP System; experience in SAP is beneficial. Experience in project construction or manufacturing accounting is desired. Good communication and presentation skills. BPO/Shared Service experience is beneficial. Flexible with work‑shifting schedules. Competencies Exposure to data quality management and keen on accounting details, MEND (Month End Close) reconciliation, and data analysis. Knowledge of Accounting Estimates and Revenue Recognition, particularly Completed Construction Method (CCM) and Percentage of Completion Method (POC). Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel; Macros is beneficial. Efficient documentation and process mapping experience. Adaptable to learn new and complex processes for migration. Detail‑oriented and able to perform in challenging scenarios. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.
