Job DescriptionPreferredly 2-5 years of experience as Special Assistant / Executive Assistant to the SVP / President / CEO. Responsibilities :
- Share product related information with customers on request.
Calendar Management
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Help prepare documents and materials for upcoming meetings.
- Assist in meetings with note-taking and delegation follow-up.
Business Processes / Systems
- Help develop SOPs and organize the office digital filing system.
- Assist in Trello board management; organize business backend; work on automation of software and systems.
- Manage Dubsado (Client and Project Management).
Accounting Processes
- Track daily expenses and prepare periodic reports.
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices and letters; Yardi management.
Social Media Management
- Develop social media strategy, content and calendar; publish daily content; update WordPress as needed.
Sales
- Support client recruitment processes in CRM; assist in creating documents and e-products; help develop sales funnels.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of related experience supporting C-level executives.
- MS Office and GSuite proficiency; familiarity with social media platforms (FB, IG, LinkedIn, TikTok) is a plus; lead generation experience preferred.
Salary : Php45,000.00 - Php85,000.00 per month
