Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety legislation. Qualifications College graduate with a degree in any course. Has an analytical mind. Good communication skills – both written and verbal. Detailed and desire to probe further into data. At least 2-3 years’ experience in a management position. Outstanding leadership abilities. Restaurant Management, Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Cost Management, Inventory Management, Computer Literate, Team Player, Interpersonal Skills, Strong Work Ethic, Operations Management, Quality Control.
