As Senior Marketing Manager, Brand, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of our brands in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

You will champion the role of design in building brand equity and will lead creative direction, manage brand design standards, and ensure our visual identity and messaging come to life consistently across external and internal campaigns, platforms, events, and PR & communications.
Main activities and responsibilities:
Creative Direction and Brand Building- Own the creation, evolution, and guardianship of the brand’s visual identity and design system.
- Lead the development of scalable brand assets, guidelines, and creative standards to support consistent execution globally.
- Ensure design is leveraged as a strategic tool to strengthen brand presence across digital, print, events, and experiential channels.
- Lead the creation and execution of brand campaigns that align with the MicroSourcing’s Client and Employee Value Propositions.
- Mentor and inspire in-house designers, setting a high bar for creativity, craft, and execution. Provide constructive feedback and foster a culture of innovation and design excellence.
- Oversee design and creative execution for Business as Usual (BAU) activities and key projects.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine brand positioning and strategy.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of branding strategies through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and adjust tactics as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment across all initiatives. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in brand strategy and design, providing guidance on MicroSourcing’s visual identity.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, collaborating closely to align brand initiatives with business objectives and drive cohesive execution.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for brand initiatives.
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into effective brand strategies.
- Strong leadership and people management skills. Skilled in guiding and motivating a team to achieve high performance while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Relevant qualifications in brand management, marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- 10 years of experience in brand management, preferably within B2B technology or BPO sectors.
- Proven record of leading successful brand campaigns and initiatives.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation.
- Demonstrated experience managing external vendors and creative agencies.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team, with a focus on coaching, development, and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and collaborate with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market dynamics in the B2B technology or BPO industries.
- Experience with design & web tools like Adobe Suite, Figma, WordPress, etc.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of brand vision and goals.
- Ability to travel for industry events, customer meetings, and internal team collaborations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- High level of adaptability to manage change and work in a fast-paced environment.
