Responsibilities
  • The Marketing Analytics Head is expected to lead the analysis and reporting of business performance through an understanding of customer usage, behavior, and psyche through internal data – enabling the greater analytic, insighting, and strategy teams in empowering the Marketing Group and its teams in designing targeted solutions, programs, and campaigns.
  • Spearhead the conceptualization and implementation of appropriate methodologies and study types depending on the business need/domain, ensuring that studies are aligned with the desired direction of the business.
  • Collaborate strongly with Market Research and Growth Heads to deliver synthesized results to the Marketing Group and appropriate groups or teams – ensuring their business questions are answered and recommendations are data-driven.
  • As a Team Leader Manage team and individual performance to ensure employees carry out their roles and responsibilities, considering differences in culture and practices within the analytics team.
  • Engage team members to ensure positive alignment with organizational values and motivate them to deliver superior performance.
  • Proactively drive thought leadership to assess and review existing and potential skill requirements within the Customer Analytics Team to stay agile with future skills.
  • Motivate and engage teams to deliver solutions to complex problems at pace.
  • Coach and mentor the team to respond to current or future challenges.
