What you'll focus on Own and manage General Ledger tasks including journal entries, account reconciliations, and adjustments Ensure timely completion of workingpapers for month-end close and audit preparation Maintain compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and internal policies Support internal and external audits by preparing accurate documentation Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities Collaborate with other finance functions to produce financial reports with clarity and accuracy Leverage Excel and big data tools to analyze trends and support decision-making What you bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA is a plus) 2+ years of relevant experience in auditor end-to-end general ledger operations Strong analytical mindset and knack for solving complex problems Advanced Excel skills–pivottables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc. Experience handling month-end/year-end closing and reconciliation Familiarity with financial reporting, audit preparation, and tax compliance Great communicator with a proactive and detail-oriented attitude Team player who can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment What you'll get Annual performance bonus. 25 days PTO HMO MacBook Annual learning and development budget.
