  • Competitive salary: $800 – $2,000 USD/month depending on experience

We’re looking for a UGC & VSL Video Editor who can craft high-converting Meta ads and help localize videos for international markets . Your work will directly impact revenue and the growth of multiple brands.

Responsibilities
  • Edit and deliver high-performing Meta ads ready to launch.
  • Source stock footage and creatively leverage our library of custom UGC .
  • Add motion graphics and animations to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Apply direct-response principles to every edit to drive sales.
Teamwork & Workflow
  • Communicate with our UGC coordinator to request new custom footage.
  • Keep project files organized and well-structured.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of polished, ready-to-launch videos.
  • Proven experience editing UGC and VSL ads — portfolio required.
  • Expert skills in Adobe Premiere Pro , Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and pacing .
  • Experience working full-time in a remote, fast-paced team.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and computer hardware.
  • Availability to work core CET hours (8 AM – 5 PM).
