About the Role
FoodSHAP Inc. is looking for a dynamic Sales Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships, driving sales, and promoting our Food Safety Training programs to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Sales Strategy – Identify and pursue new business opportunities to exceed sales targets.
- Needs Assessment – Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Market Research – Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, graphics, technical, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Sales Reporting – Keep accurate records of sales activities and provide reports to management.
- Continuous Growth – Seek client feedback and refine sales strategies for ongoing improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Food Technology, Biology/Microbiology, Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Sales Skills: Strong ability to build client relationships, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and pitch to clients confidently.
- Target-Driven: Strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to Travel : Must be open to fieldwork and client visits.
