We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated QA Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet established quality standards and specifications before they reach our customers. The QA Inspector will perform inspections, tests, and measurements, identify deviations, document findings, and recommend corrective actions to improve product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform tests and measurements using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Identify defects or deviations from specifications and document findings accurately.
• Collaborate with production teams to recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality control procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to improve product consistency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Animal Husbandry, Chemical Engineering, or related food/chemical disciplines.
• Experience in manufacturing, quality control, or related fields is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
• Proficient in using measuring instruments and diagnostic equipment.
• Understanding of statistical process control and quality assurance methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance from any food establishment is a plus.
• Well organized and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Have initiative to decide on critical situations following company protocols.
• Willing to work extended hours.
• Pro-active and a team player.
• Computer literate.

Job Description

• Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality and safety of meat-based food products throughout the production process.
• Duties include inspecting raw materials and finished goods, maintaining GMP/HACCP/ISO documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in food safety and quality standards.
