Job Description Overview
Oversee multiple locations to ensure operational efficiency and profitability. Develop and implement area-specific sales and marketing strategies. Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance. Lead and train store managers to achieve company goals. Monitor inventory levels and supply chain effectiveness. Establish strong customer relationships and enhance brand visibility.

- Working Conditions: Office-based with travel required to meet clients and evaluate operations.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent leadership, communication skills, and ability to adapt to changing markets.
