About the Role As a member of the Philippines Subsidiary Leadership Team and finance business partner for the Philippines Country Manager, you will partner closely with the sales & marketing teams to identify growth opportunities, accelerate revenue, optimize resources, nurture compliance culture, and deliver on statutory & tax requirements. Responsibilities Culture Foster a Microsoft Company owner mindset and deepen internal & external awareness of customers, competitors, and industries. Maximise the potential of the finance organization by working beyond reporting lines and geographies. Lead country‑dedicated finance resources and support the wider Asia/ASEAN finance teams. Quality Drive long‑term planning, set strategies, and align resource allocation for maximum return and growth. Monitor ROI and execute strong OPEX on the ground. Ensure revenue accountabilities and controllable costs are met quarterly. AI Transformation Leverage actionable insights to drive top‑line revenue, product adoption, and value for customers. Engage BDMs and partners on digital transformation and connect MS solutions to customer priorities. Drive programmatic collaboration with key functions to support deal constructs, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. Security Lead compliance & security initiatives and support risk mitigation, focusing on anti‑corruption, ethical sales, spend management, privacy, and concession/discounts. Accountable for statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance for Microsoft Thailand and Vietnam entities. Key Indicators of Success Strong, open partnership with ASEAN & Asia HQ finance and business teams. Drive strong execution across ASEAN markets using area/region insights. Coach and mentor finance peers and country sales team members. Maintain a culture of compliance in every geography. Collaborate beyond ASEAN for broader success. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 6+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance. OR Master’s Degree in the same fields AND 4+ years experience. OR equivalent experience. Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of experience in finance positions; prior business partnership roles in subsidiaries/areas are a differentiator. Ability to operate and thrive in a fluid/uncertain environment. Ability to influence, establish credibility, trust, and partnership at all organizational levels. Fluency in English.
