Your role Key responsibilities of the role: Prepare and process documents to aid operational requirements and manage the revolving fund. The primary duties are ensuring the documents’ completeness and integrity, monitoring and accounting for the expenses of revolving funds, monitoring office and casino supply levels, and providing general support for internal customers. Develop and maintain a filing system. Order and monitor office and casino supplies. Negotiate and create correspondents with suppliers; create purchase orders. Submit and reconcile revolving fund expenses; perform simple bookkeeping. Ensure applicable commercial terms are applied to the supplier contracts. Coordinate office procedures. Review the accuracy of accounts/billing statements/invoices. Assist the branch head with other operational needs. About you Candidates must have to apply for this role: Bachelor’s Degree. Fresh graduates are welcome or with two (2) years of administrative work experience. Good decision-making skills to assess how to execute tasks properly. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledgeable of Microsoft tools and comfortable with report generation and creation. Good listening skills.Organized. Attention to detail. Data-driven. Critical thinking.
