We are looking for a IT Support Expert , which will strengthen the existing team, and will work 3rd level support for hardware, software, and network issues

Responsibilities
  • Provide 3rd level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
  • Administer and manage Atlassian instance (Jira and Confluence)
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups in Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory.
  • Improve existing IT processes by preparing automation for particular tasks (PowerShell mostly)
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes including account setup, access rights, and equipment provisioning.
  • Troubleshoot email, productivity tools, and collaboration platforms within Microsoft 365.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation, knowledge base, and asset inventory.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve support processes and end-user experience.
  • Ensure IT policies and security guidelines are followed by end-users.
  • Provide support for remote users via remote desktop tools, and mobile device management.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Support as level 3 engineer.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration .
  • Solid knowledge of Azure Active Directory , and endpoint management tools.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows and macOS device management;
  • Strong knowledge with Microsoft PowerShell;
  • Jira and Confluence administration will be a plus;
  • Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Microsoft Remote Desktop).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle multiple tasks.
