ABOUT THE ROLE Collaborate with the U.S.-based team to perform preparation of tax returns for our clients. Prepare U.S. tax returns, ensuring compliance with applicable U.S. tax laws. Maintain thorough and accurate workpapers to support tax returns. Prepare U.S. federal and state individual, partnership, and corporate income tax returns under the supervision of senior team members. Communicate regularly with the U.S. team to clarify data, resolve issues, and ensure deadlines are met. Maintain organized workpapers and documentation following firm and regulatory standards. Experience with multi‑state tax filings or estate & trust tax matters is a plus. ABOUT YOU Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field. 3+ years of tax preparation experience is ideal; 1–2 years at a minimum, preferably supporting a U.S.-based CPA firm. Familiarity with U.S. tax software. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills. CPA or EA certification (or plans to obtain) is a plus but not required.
