Let\'s do great things together Overview Location: Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Profile requirements Minimum 4.5 years’ proven experience in accounts receivable or credit control. Strong background working with retail or product-based companies with high transaction volumes. Proficiency in standard Australian accounting/ERP software such as Xero, MYOB, NetSuite, or SAP. Solid understanding of accounting principles, AR processes, and reconciliation practices. Strong communication and negotiation skills for managing client relationships. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis Core responsibilities Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliations. Monitor customer accounts, identify overdue balances, and implement collection strategies to minimise aged debt. Prepare and send statements, reminders, and follow-ups to clients in line with credit policies. Reconcile AR sub-ledgers with the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve customer billing disputes and queries. Maintain accurate customer records, credit limits, and payment histories. Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly AR reports, including ageing analysis and cashflow forecasts. Support month-end and year-end closing processes in coordination with the finance team. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies. Contribute to process improvements to enhance AR efficiency and accuracy.
