The Retail Specialist for Stores is responsible for optimizing the performance of retail stores by ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and maximizing sales. They play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, implementing strategies to enhance customer experience, and achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist walk-in subscribers with their concerns and queries.
  • Sell all products and services to walk-in customers.
  • Perform product demonstrations.
  • Accept, screen, evaluate, and approve documents received from subscribers.
  • Practice timely and efficient customer delivery to achieve targets for the entire team.
  • Comply with agreed shift schedules and attendance policy, including pre-approval of overtime availment.
  • Keep the workplace clean and compliant with established 5S standards and company policies.
  • Execute functions as required by Iris system policies and procedures, including cashiering functions and monitoring of after-sales transactions.
  • Encode all transactions passed on to other support groups.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Achieve Store’s sales and revenue targets.
  • Achieve favorable results for Line Wait and CSAT/MSP, ensuring customer service delivery targets are met.
  • Achieve all standards in SLA for all transactions.
  • Achieve minimal or zero exceptions.
  • Full training compliance, including attendance and passing of all examinations.
Top Deliverables:
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Implementing effective visual merchandising strategies.
  • Optimizing store operations for efficiency and profitability.
  • Developing and leading a high-performing store team.

Certifications in retail management, customer service, or sales techniques may be advantageous but are not mandatory for all positions.
