Overview

CRM & Analytics Specialist role at RepRisk in the National Capital Region, Philippines.

Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs for enhancements of commercial applications, especially the CRM.
    • Configure and customize the commercial application to align with business processes and requirements.
    • Ensure data quality and integrity through data governance and management practices.
    • Develop and provide training to maximize CRM system adoption and user efficiency.
    • Generate and analyze CRM reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and business metrics.
    • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise visualizations.
  • Strategic Planning & Collaboration
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into CRM and analytics solutions.
    • Support the development and implementation of CRM strategies to enhance lead generation, customer engagement and loyalty.
    • Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems and tools.
    • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce and Power BI features and best practices.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
    • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand skillset.
    • This role may provide support to CET and Toronto teams during planned weeks or on an as-needed basis.
You Offer
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM management, specifically with Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Power BI with strong experience in data visualization and reporting, Power Query and DAX.
  • Solid understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) are a plus.
  • Experience with other data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) is an advantage.
