Lead Associate, Benefits Advisory Services WTW Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Overview As a Health and Benefits Consultant you will consult on a wide variety of complex projects involving the design, pricing, funding, implementation and management of a full array of Health and Group Benefits programs including medical, dental, Benefits Consulting, including but not limited to Benefits Review, Benefits Optimization, Flexible benefits, Health Care Audits, and Health and Wellness. You will serve as the Project Manager/Leader and day-to-day communication liaison with our clients, create client deliverables, contribute to client management and new business activities, and participate in the creation of new intellectual capital. Responsibilities Assist in soliciting and closing new business for consulting and brokerage within established parameters Responsible for project management and delivery of consulting projects Analyze available funding options (e.g. HMO, life insurance, TPA, etc.), and formulate data-based recommendations Manage complex projects to ensure on-time delivery, within budget and with high quality for benefits consulting clients Collect, understand, validate and analyze utilization data, and provide recommendations based on analytics Design plans and provide benefit recommendations to suit client needs based on demographics, utilization data, market data, and clients’ benefit objectives Present results of benefits consulting projects to the client Demonstrate proficient writing and oral presentation skills in client reports, recommendations, and presentations Conduct lectures for leaders and employees regarding implementation of new benefits, changes in benefits, specific campaigns, or new hires Develop expertise and, over time, lead in selling, setting up and implementing benefits and communication tools Provide thought leadership and updates on legislation: communicate changes in local laws related to group life insurance, medical, dental benefits, and potential impacts on current programs Provide analytics on the risk profile of the population to support decisions on health management and costs Support the Performance Excellence model in consulting projects and may contribute as needed Train colleagues in data analytics and data validation; supervise colleagues who may report to you as a People Manager Understand and use WTW’s tools; consistently exhibit the values of WTW Qualifications Excellent ability to communicate ideas effectively with management, clients, and the team Strong focus on customer service Good oral and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities Deep knowledge of national and local H&B vendor marketplaces Technical proficiency in multiple H&B practice disciplines Broad understanding of compliance issues related to local legislation Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Macros and MS Access is a plus Proficiency in English Good people management skills Competencies Client Focus Change and Adaptability Talent Development Influence and Selling Results Focus Collaboration Stress Management Thought Leadership and Innovation Additional WTW is an Equal Opportunity Employer Senioriy and Employment Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Human Resources #J-18808-Ljbffr
