• Owns the Wireless/Wireline portfolio and provides directions, develops strategies and plans for the products within the portfolio.
• Defines and updates standard product specifications and service levels based on market trends/customer needs.
• Ensures profitability of the assigned portfolio and optimizes product costs where necessary to drive profitability.
• Manages the lifecycle of the products, identifies, assesses, and prioritizes opportunities to define a product roadmap.
• Consolidates demand forecast within the portfolio, and initiates business viability for potential infrastructure development required to support the demand.
• Leads the extended product team (project delivery and support teams) to deliver product specifications and required product experience.
• Drives the extended product team to provide all relevant documentation for the products in the portfolio (vendor contracts/agreements, product deck and product information sheets, product end-to-end process, FAQs, billing-related information, customer experience/journey, training materials, etc.).
• Provides inputs to segment and trade marketing for go-to-market plans and approach, and serves as a key resource in the creation of marketing materials, client pitch decks, and training materials.

• Preferably with IT/Telco industry experience.
• Preferably with Marketing background.
• Understands basic to advanced principles of P&L, Product Management, Marketing, Brand Management, and Project Management.
• Skills: Product & Marketing principles; Leadership & Management; Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional effectiveness; Problem solving & Decision making.
• Strong financial management skills (Profitability and Cost management).
• Customer centricity.
