Overview

This role shall perform the Sourcing & Procurement (S&P) function for a client account in the Philippines to support and execute strategic outsourcing, cost savings and vendor management programs to support JLL’s S&P commitments. The role reports to the Regional Director, Strategic Sourcing (Client) and requires multi-disciplined experience in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) to manage multiple initiatives and integrated outsourcing programs. Responsibilities include procurement governance, vendor management and delivering contract / procurement strategies to achieve long term client benefits. This role requires experience in procurement and/or Facility Management to support the portfolio of facilities in the Philippines, including engagement with local FM teams to execute vendor sourcing and savings projects through effective negotiation and RFx programs.

Major Responsibilities

• Business support to Senior leaders
• Provide strategic S&P support across functional areas and programs involving strategic outsourcing and vendor management across multiple IFM disciplines.
• Active vendor management in the form of regular interval business reviews.
• Assist in developing vendor management strategy and strategic sourcing activity.

• Functional Leadership
• Manage the RFx, pricing and negotiation process for the client on behalf of JLL.
• Provide account support in managing the Jones Lang LaSalle ERP Procurement Module, including system training, vendor performance management, and providing regular reporting to client account teams.
• Assist in developing and communicating the IFM and S&P vision to the client, JLL, vendors and Strategic Alliance Partners.
• Support strategies for negotiation of major programs, projects and/or vendor activities.

• Operational Leadership
• Implement and operate integrated outsourcing strategies, standards and guidelines, training, costing parameters and tools/templates.
• Implement saving programs for IFM and S&P, and develop metrics for tracking performance.
• Implement and maintain procurement rules and standards set by JLL and the client.

Candidate Specification: Key Selection Criteria

• Ideal Experience
• Business / Commerce degree with at least 2-3 years’ experience in procurement, strategic sourcing and negotiation.
• Relevant work experience in IFM with knowledge of procurement for services related to facility management.
• Management of outsourcing relationships and ability to accomplish results through vendor management.
• Execution of vendor contracts with strong contract management, negotiation and problem solving skills.
