US Sourcing Specialist (Hybrid, Cebu) Overview We have an immediate opening for an entry-level US Recruiter specializing in direct hire, contract and contract-to-hire placements with its clients. The primary objective of the Recruiter is to develop an exceptional candidate database and work closely with current recruiters to assist in hiring for our clients. Responsibilities Review, identify, select, and screen (by phone) potential candidates for specific client job orders in the financial services sector. Generate a high-quality pipeline of candidates via high-volume phone calls and email correspondence on a daily and weekly basis. Conduct preliminary phone screenings with candidates. Cultivate and maintain candidate relationships. Recommend qualified candidates to peers and supervisors for open requisitions. Keep up to date on industry trends, competitor activities and job market conditions to provide insight to the recruitment team. Promote the company’s value propositions, culture, and open positions to build a strong employer brand. Interact with peers and management while maintaining a positive and constructive attitude. Other duties as assigned. Required Experience and Education At least 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing position – US. Prior experience in recruitment (corporate or agency) is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient technical skills in MS Office and conventional databases. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, ethical competitiveness, and attention to detail. Professional appearance and presentation.
