Overview

ReliefWeb Content Quality Support role at ReliefWeb. Location: Mandaluyong, National Capital Region, Philippines.

Responsibilities
  • Provide production services and assistance to ensure quality and timely delivery of child sponsorship engagement features.
  • Focus on quality review, identify content quality concerns, coordinate content, and support sponsorship production needs to ensure compliance with global standards and partnership requirements.
  • Collaborate within a fast-paced, high-achieving content team to deliver high-quality sponsorship engagement features globally.
  • Apply strong communication and organizational skills, maintain high attention to detail, and manage multiple tasks within targeted timelines.
  • Report to the Child Sponsorship Content Team Production Coordinator I or II (as applicable) and co-functionally work with a Child Sponsorship Content Team Production Specialist.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Communications, Marketing, Project or Business Management, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage time and workload, adhere to minimum standards documentation, and work with medium attention to detail.
  • Experience working in NGO or other large, global organization (Preferred).
