Job Summary Permanent WFH — CS Everywhere offers unlimited home‑office work with access to Cloudstaff offices when needed. The role includes fiber internet, backup power, UPS, and a company laptop. You can visit the office when there is a power issue or just want a coffee break with teammates. Work Schedule — 8‑hour shifts, Thursday to Monday. Evening and weekend availability is required; the schedule is flexible for timing. Key Responsibilities Administer contracts: issue, process, verify details, and distribute to relevant stakeholders. Support the sales process by tracking deposits and receiving payments. Input contract data accurately into Salesforce. Update Salesforce with invoice records. Maintain up‑to‑date sales reports with status updates. Perform general administrative support and ad ho‑c tasks as needed. Apply previous administrative experience (property industry preferred but not essential). Utilize DocuSign, Adobe, Excel, and Outlook. Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Exhibit high attention to detail and identify errors quickly. Show strong organizational skills and work well under pressure. Pride in producing high‑quality, accurate work. Demonstrate fast learning in a dynamic environment. Non‑negotiable Skills & Requirements Proficiency in Salesforce. Availability to work Thursday to Monday, including evenings and weekends.
