Job DescriptionImprove customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
- Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
- Adhere to and manage the approved budget
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
- Schedule: 8 hour shift
- Experience: CSR/Sales Coordinator: 3 years (preferred)

Job DescriptionKeep up to date on products, services, policies and procedures to ensure accurate information and correct implementation; take initiative to continuously enhance technical skills.
- Achieve individual revenue and customer service targets to support delivery of team/departmental targets
- Support implementation of new technology and work methods to sustain ongoing process and quality improvement processes
- Maintain data protection and confidentiality for both staff and customers
- Support other departmental functions as required (e.g. ticketing & E-Services desk, pre-flight checks, service desk, etc.)
Job Types : Full-time, Fresh graduate
- Salary : From Php21,000.00 per month
