Responsibilities
Assist CTO's office in standardizing technology directions, build vs buy vs reuse decisions, and Tool evaluations.
Describe, design, develop and manage the solution engineering in relation to specific business problems.
Divide complex processes into multiple simple subprocesses
Plan and manage system integrations
Conduct and monitor system/resource performance and utilizations
Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
Collaborate with the team for improvements and process optimization.
- Collaborate closely with other company functions, onboard new engineers effectively so that they are engaged and productive as soon as possible

Qualifications
Extensive scripting, system and database administration experience in POSTGRE
Extensive software development experience on Front and Backend using JAVA Framework and Scripting, KAFKA, PHP Laravel, GoLang (nice to have)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong acumen in developing and implementing new technologies.
Knowledgeable on Deployment processes and practices using GIT, GITHUB
Exposure to different kinds of build methodologies
Eagerness to seek out opportunities for automation

Nice To Have
Bachelor's Degree or higher, major in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related degrees
5 to 7 years of professional experience in software development.
Working experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
Comfortable learning new programming languages and able to switch from one to another smoothly
DevOps advocate is a plus
