Job Title: Software Engineer Fullstack

At Manpower Core Group Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer Fullstack to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement high-performance applications, including caching mechanisms, security, encryption, state management, error logging, debugging, scalability, and code reviews.
  • Work collaboratively and independently in an Agile environment, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain robust applications using Typescript (Angular 13+), .Net Core, .NET framework, C#, SQL, APIs, and Service-Oriented Architecture.
  • Design and implement REST-based APIs using .Net.
  • Evaluate and improve application performance, ensuring optimal user experience.
  • Perform unit and system-level testing on applications, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with product development teams, product management, design office, services, and help resolve upgrade issues.
  • Develop automated unit test cases tied to each User Story, Bug using tools like xUnit, nUnit, Karma.
  • Ensure compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards for patient data protection.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in web development technologies.
  • Well-versed in AngularJS/Angular and .NET Frameworks.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of significant experience in full-stack application development using Angular, C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, CSS & SQL Server Technologies.
  • Extensive hands-on knowledge of UI JavaScript and frameworks.
  • Experience with responsive design for Web/mobile/desktop applications.
  • Experience working with Legacy code, analyzing, and modifying as needed.
  • Hands-on experience in debugging code using Chrome/Edge Developer Tools and Visual Studio.
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
  • Experience with tools like GIT, JIRA, Visual Studio, VS Code.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment.
  • Good knowledge of SQL server queries and Stored Procedures.
  • Able to demonstrate strong Object-Oriented Programming skills.
  • Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like SAFe, Agile, Test-Driven Development.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to work well individually and with a team, with a strong work ethic, self-starter, and results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.
