About The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team at Medical Test Systems Inc. Based in our office in Makati City Metro Manila, this full-time role will provide essential support to our sales and marketing efforts, helping us to connect with customers and grow our business. What You'll Be Doing Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including managing customer orders and their data. Handle phone call inquiries and answer e-mails. Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items. Support the planning of sales & marketing events. Prepare and submit regular Sales reports. Safeguard pertinent sales and marketing documents. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of delivery and collection. Contribute to the overall marketing and sales strategy of the company. What We're Looking For 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing assistant role, preferably within marketing and communications or healthcare industries. Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and digital marketing tools and platforms. Detail-oriented, proactive, problem-solving mindset.
