• We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Listing and Platform Assortment Analyst with experience in e-commerce, product content management, and platform merchandising. In this role, you will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing content for SEO, and ensuring an accurate and engaging online presence for our products. You will also maintain the product assortment at the store level on our website, ensuring the right products are presented in the right categories, updated regularly, and aligned with our promotional strategies.

Product Listings Management:

• Manage by uploading and updating product listings on the platform (Magento or similar CMS), ensuring accurate, engaging, and SEO-optimized content.
• Write clear, compelling product titles and descriptions, ensuring consistency with brand voice and alignment with customer needs.
• Regularly audit product pages for quality, correctness, and SEO best practices to drive higher search rankings and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing and category managers to optimize product pages, including seasonal updates, promotions, and new product launches.

Platform Assortment Management:

• Maintain and manage product assortment at the store level, ensuring that products are aligned with the overall assortment strategy.
• Monitor product availability and ensure that the assortment on the platform accurately reflects current inventory and business goals.
• Organize and update product data such as pricing, specifications, images, and attributes for consistency across the platform.
• Collaborate with inventory management and product teams to ensure accurate representation of products, including availability and out-of-stock items.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and design teams to ensure product content aligns with promotional campaigns and product strategies.
• Support the creation of promotional content and seasonal updates to maintain an engaging and dynamic product offering.
• Track and analyze performance metrics for product listings and assortment, suggesting improvements based on data insights.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Use Excel or Google Sheets to track and manage product data, assortment updates, and content-related projects.
• Maintain organized content logs and reporting documents to ensure smooth product listing updates and platform assortment changes.

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, product content creation, merchandising, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a focus on crafting compelling product content.
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), particularly Magento, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques for e-commerce.
• Experience managing product data entry, including product details, pricing, images, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with e-commerce analytics tools to track and optimize product performance.
• Basic image editing skills (e.g., resizing, cropping).
• Knowledge of digital merchandising principles and best practices.
• Understanding of platform assortment and how product positioning affects customer experience and conversion.
