Purpose of the Role Supply Chain Analyst – responsible for managing the supply network planning, monitoring and controlling inventory, and ensuring that stock levels meet demand while sustaining profitable client relationships. The role also handles planning, purchasing, replenishment, and inventory management processes such as purchase order processing, stock transfers, reconciliation, inventory counts, near‑expiry monitoring, and product recall. Duties and Responsibilities Generate and finalize purchasing and distribution plans to maintain stock availability and serviceability at all warehouses. Monitor plan performance, set control measures, and compare projected stock levels to contracted inventory levels. Release finalized plans into SAP‑ECC in a timely manner. Participate in monthly demand and supply collaboration with sales and clients to update requirements. Distribute available stocks across the network and review replenishment plans to address supply and demand imbalances. Create, review, approve, and close purchase orders and stock transfer orders; generate inbound/outbound delivery documents in SAP‑ECC. Oversee customs clearance for imported goods and monitor invoice payments. Process client‑requested pullouts (Return to Principal) and safekeeping conversions; validate completion and generate material document lists. Perform book‑to‑book reconciliation and participate in physical inventory counts. Monitor near‑expiring stocks, cascade client dispositions, and conduct item recalls with timely reporting. Adhere to company rules, SOPs, and ISO 9001 and Regional QA standards. Conduct performance review meetings with clients, generate monthly reports, and maintain records. Qualifications Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related Supply Chain course. Minimum of 1‑year experience in supply network planning or related work.
