As a Change Management Specialist , you’ll manage the full lifecycle of IT changes — from risk assessment and CAB facilitation to post‑implementation reviews — ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient delivery of technology changes that support business goals. What You’ll Do Oversee end-to-end Change Management processes aligned with ITIL best practices and SOX compliance requirements. Facilitate CAB meetings , coordinate stakeholders, and ensure changes are implemented with minimal risk. Analyze change trends and leverage KPIs to drive data‑informed process improvements. Create reports, dashboards, and documentation to track performance and compliance. Partner with cross‑functional IT teams to plan, assess, and validate system changes. Lead or support training sessions and Change Management roadshows to strengthen adoption and process alignment. Contribute to QA functions including SIT and UAT during ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements. What You Bring 5+ years of ITSM experience with strong focus on Change Management and understanding of related ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Request, and Knowledge Management). Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools; strong reporting and dashboarding skills. Proficiency in MS Office , particularly advanced Excel. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills. Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit‑driven environments. ITIL v4 and/or Project Management certification preferred.
