Overview E-Solutions Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region, Philippines Creative Designer – Brand & Marketing Position: Creative Designer, reporting to Senior Recruiter @ E-Solutions | Global Talent Acquisition, Talent Sourcing Salary: Up to ₱35,000 per month Experience: 1–3 years in creative production/design execution As a Creative Designer , you\'ll support marketing and communication efforts through graphic design, presentation design, video production, and content publishing. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys collaborating across teams. Key Responsibilities Create digital and print materials (social media graphics, event collaterals, infographics, newsletters). Adapt global/master assets into multiple formats and sizes. Ensure brand consistency by following brand guidelines. Design basic to advanced-level PowerPoint presentations. Create clean, professional visuals: charts, icons, layouts, and diagrams. Maintain consistency through template standardization. Edit both short-form and long-form videos (AVPs, highlight reels, product demos, social content). Add motion graphics, transitions, music, and subtitles as needed. Repurpose video assets for various platforms and use cases. Content Design & Publishing Design layouts for newsletters, reports, and marketing campaigns. Work closely with writers to convert text into visual stories. Support content updates on CMS or internal platforms. Manage multiple production requests efficiently and meet deadlines. Maintain version control and archive design files correctly. Collaborate with senior designers, creative leads, and marketing stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in creative production or design execution. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects . Strong skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with tools like Canva , Figma , or similar platforms is a plus. Basic video editing and motion graphics skills. Strong attention to detail in layout, typography, and branding.
